But now I have alot of nurabness and pain in my shoulder and arms and it hurts worse than it ever has before and On top of that my job is sewing furniture. I have to keep my job in order to keep my insurance, I cant see the doctor for three more weeks I call them everday to see if they have an cancellation I dont know what to do.

Hi - I recently started having arm pain and nurabness in my hanRAB also, about 6 months ago. I wake up with tingling and no feeling in my hanRAB, specifically in my pinky and ring fingers. All off this can be a sign of disc bulges in the cervical spine. I just had an MRI that confirmed this. If you think that may be the problem, get an MRI on your cervical spine (you didn't mention where your other problems were), if you haven't done so already. The good news is, that in most cases, disc bulging in this area can often be treated successfully.
Just search the internet under 'cervical spine' or cervical disc bulging', or something similar.

Good luck
