can bluetooth be used for wifi?

i have a usb bluetooth stick and i was hoping if their is a way that it can be used for wifi.
Note this is on a Microsoft Computer .
i have a usb bluetooth stick and i was hoping if their is a way that it can be used for wifi a program or somthing to covert it to wifi.
