Can Bluetooth 2.0 be connected with a cell phone with Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP?

I have a Nokia N70 with Bluetooth 2.0 and my mom got me a Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 with Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP. Soon I will transfer my files from my old N70 to my Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570. Can it be?
