can beta fish be fed backyard worms? like the ones in your yard?
i read somewhere in a beta handbook that you could make a large pile of leaves or throw salt water on the lawn to get the worms up out of the ground and that they have better nutrition than freeze dried blood-worms
i just want to know other peoples thoughts.
i could put out a container of still water. however how do i keep it debris free? leaves, dirt, stick and such can get in and possibly dirty the larvae and that will make the fish sick no?
every other stationary water source out side is either in very dirty water or in containers with rust (IE wheelbarrow)
