I bought two telephones for my wife and son- both IPhone 4s- a week before Christmas from ATT with contracts.
Now both have problems.
My son's IPhone 4 has a home button that doesnt work all the time and a power button that is stuck down making it impossible to turn off.
My wife's IPhone fails to run apps correctly, doesnt pick up 3G correctly, and also asks for a password when no one installed a password on the phone.
I heard of a one year warranty from Apple. I am 2 weeks away from that IPhone 4 warranty terminating if that is the case, but it is still valid. However I do no have the receipts. Will the serial numbers and phone numbers do for finding out when I purchased the phones. Do I just go into an Apple Store and ask for new phones even though I bought it from ATT (but its still an Apple product)?
