can anyone write a sonnet for me? haha?

i have to write a sonnet but im horrible at poetry it has to be 14 lines and have a rhyme scheme or ababcdcdefefgg or aabbccddeeffgg and have iambic pentameter or can someone atleast give me a good topic thanks
