Can anyone verify the existence of over 800 FEMA Concentration Camps in the USA?

I have heard that there are in excess of 800 FEMA Concentration Camps operational in the USA, spread throughout the nation. These camps are supposedly capable of housing as many as 1.5 million persons. Further, I am told, that though these camps are not functioning at any more than a bare minimum capacity, they are completely staffed and ready to receive Detainees. In the event of a national emergency requiring the Government to declare "Martial Law", these camps would immediately become full blown Terror Facilities. If martial law were declared, wouldn't most of the Terror be coming from the people of the United States, and if so, would that then make them "Terrorists"?

interesting topic. Living in fear are we?
U.S. Gov't interred thousands of Japanese Americans during WWII and housed thousands of German prisoners of war in and around major cities to use as forced labor. I would think that any FEMA installations are really in effect emergency personnel staffed facilities for weather related emergencies but could in a declared police action be converted to such a camp without much difficulty.
Anything beyond that is probably not in existence yet and with the coming election of Obama will be dismantled.
That smacks of McCarthyism and I would more likely expect the Republicans of something like that.
