Can anyone unlock my nokia 6131 (BB5) phone?

i have a nokia 6131, i was with optus but switched to vodafone not knowing its locked to optus only.
i have the phone code '359374006710137'

i cant find anything online about getting it unlocked, they all sound wierd

So nokia 6131, 359374006710137 - trying to unlock a optus phone to use vodafone in it.

quickest right answer with the unlock code gets B!A.. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
