I'm in terrible shape very fat. I'd like to turn it around and get into some shape not just skinny but like actually have muscle mass to moderate of course I don't wanna have giant guns or anything.
I would just like to see if anyone had some exercise programs they have used and work as well as something to guide me to a balanced diet.
currently I stand at a little above 300lbs and though being fat all of my life things it's just now starting to impede on my ability to function as well as I'd like.
any tips or what not will be muuuch appreciated.
