Can anyone tell me why my wall makes a vibrating noise (bedroom to lounge). No pipes...

...in wall. Confused? Had a new boiler fitted recently but noises occur when boiler is on or off. No pipes in wall. Happens mainly in evening or at night. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
