You have tried an illegal thing and now you pay for it. Next time you want an unlocked phone buy an unlocked phone, and if you buy an subsidised one then keep it locked until you pay back the network provider.
The Symbian OS cannot be downloaded as you would do with a PC's OS. All you could do with a working phone is to use the software update tool provided by Nokia ()http://europe.nokia.com/A4176089). It uses diferent drivers than those used by PC Suite (or rather some drivers on top of that) so they might recognize your phone.
If that does not work then all you can do is contact your network provider's customer service or Nokia Care. I'm sure they will be more than "happy" to hear what you're done and they will charge you heavily for fixing your phone.
