Okay, when I was about 11/12 something happened which I remember very little of. Basically I was staying at my dads house not long after my parents spliting up and I cant remember what I was dreaming about but I ran out of bed and over to the light switch by the door screaming and crying and hitting the wall shouting dad! Then my dad ran in and I just remember looking at him and not thinking anything at all I can't even remember getting back into bed. Could anyone tell me what this mean and what could have caused it?
