the girl is annoying either way but she is implying that the guy's ear left a smudge mark on her smartphone the same way the naturally occurring oils on your fingers leave smudges in smooth reflective surfaces. Then she refers to the guy's fingers as appearing more like toes and thus being disgusting, there really isn't any basis to that remark, she is just being obnoxious
