Can anyone tell me what the law is regarding borrowing money by corprate officers

without board approval and w? I had a corporation and the corporate sec. took 36280.00 from it and i am wondering if and where i can get her prosecuted or what i need to do .Prosecuting Attorney said since i had a contract with her fathers co. He would not charge her
 
It's called theft.

If the police won't charge her (because?), you can still take her to court to recover the money.

What does the contract say that you have with her father's company? Does it allow her to take money?

At a minimum, I would fire her for cause. That should look good on her resume.
