Can anyone tell me the 3 main fashion trends this season for Topman?

Mens gladiator sandals (My boyf wanted to buy a pair off topman and they were sold out by the time he decided to get them which was the same day they were added to the site)
Pastel colours.. (check out the Anthony price for Topman collection) all the suits are pastel. also topman have brought in a selection of their own pastel items. (jeans, tees, cardigans and scarves)
Tailoring (expecially shorts and jackets) is great for this summer season and topman have alot of tailored shorts in loads of different patterns and shapes.
Rock/grunge Look - check out the new in section.. for the last while they have been introducing loads of band tees, check shirts and coloured skinnies. (think pete doherty style - that kind of dirty grunge look)
Other then that you should check out trends that are on the catwalk for a/w 09 too so that you can show topman you are aware of trends that will be coming to topman soon.
You should throw in a designer or something that inspires you and the way you dress (oh yeah, you should probably wear something topman if theres an interview involved... make sure you look good)
They want to see your passionate about clothes and that you'll love doing your job if they give it to you.. so do some homework on fashion and trends that are happening in high fashion, as these trends are generally reflected in what topman will soon sell in the future.
I think your outfit will also show your passion towards clothing, so make sure your outfit is on trend too.
