Can anyone tell me how to use my bluetooth on my phone? Its a QUICKFIRE!?

I figure i have to call AT&T but i just want to make sure someone doesnt know how and i am just not doing something right. I have a QUICKFIRE. If you know of anyway to use the bluetooth PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know.
