Can anyone tell me how to use a new Bluetooth headset with a Nokia Cell-Phone?

Okay, yeah, "Technology", and all that!
I've got a new Bluetooth earphone, without any instructions, and a late-model Nokia.
How do I make it work? Do I have to use any special "Menus" or "Settings"?
