Can anyone teach me reiki techniques done with fingertips and with an open palm?

I have some knowledge of reiki, but I'm not clear on the techniques done with fingertips and with an open palm. I think people are able to access the info in your subconscious mind and/or have a mental influence on you. Thanks in appreciation.
 
In islam we have something more powerful than rieki.. Its called ruqy or ruqyah.
What i think is that may be u will find those names are similar but ours was from 1400 years.
Its what prophit muhammed peace be upon him was doing for sick people and every one can do it

Its basically putting the hands in specific locations of the body and reading some of quran scriptures.
It has a great power of healing.
