Can anyone teach me how to use pixlr photo editing?

Oh, and does it have magnetic lasso? All I found was just lasso.

You should totally download Picasa 3...it is the best and is self-explanatory!!..Its easy and GREAT...I've had it for forever and its been the best...you can go to google and type in Picasa 3...you'll find it!
