discuss this problem ???? my computer seems to crash very often, sometimes it works perfectly fine for a coule of hours then it crashes. when i switch it on, the monitor light keeps on blinking and the cpu does not respond. all the fans and everything start inside it but i can only make that out by listening closely to it! my computer fixing guy cant make out the problem, i just got my computer upgraded and then uninstalled everything but the problem still persists. can someone pls help me out or suggest some good sites to discuss this problem !!!! the machine works fine at the comp fixing guys office, and works fine for some time in my house to but then it crashes ! this has been hapeenign for a coulr of days noe, and now even i and the coumputer guy are clueless ! pls help !!! my voltage is 350 v, ram is 1.50 gb, graphic card is nvidia 8500 gt and its a windows xp.
this has started happening very recently, i hv ati radeon x300 right now as i sent my 8500 gt for repair, suspecting the problem to be video card related, but this is happening without it also, i playing cod4 most of the time when it crashes ! any solutions ? it has mostly happned when i am playing cod 4, and this is india by the way. i am in jaipur, rajasthan where the temprature is about 38 degrees celsius. and is this is happening coz of the heating why doesnt the computer start again and if it does why does it crash at the startup screen only ?? i hv tried putting the air conditioner on, but the problem still exists !
