Hey dude, if you want to get a good grade, don't think of doing something that is just simple. Not only is it not impressive, you learn a lot less by doing so. Even if you do want to do something simple, make it impressive. For example, like the guy suggested(a calculator), don't just go for the normal calculator, try to do scientific calculator instead. Its just an example, anyhow i dont really encourage that you create a calculator since its already existing. Try to do something that is not already widely used. As a guide, try to do something that you think you will learn a lot by doing so ok? Good luck
