can anyone start a martial arts system? Do you need any special qualifications?

I have martial arts skills, but no qualifications. I want to start a class for women in the UK. Using my not so honourable technique.LOL:)
Do I need qualifications?
 
You'll need some sort of exercise or self defence training qualification or you'll find it really difficult to get insurance and you can't operate without insurance.
