I'm 20 yrs old and a mother of two girls. I'm 5'2 and weight 150 pounds which is considered overweight. I used to weigh 100 pounds before my kids. Ofcoarse I don't want to weigh that little. I'm trying to lose between 20-30 pounds but I find it difficult. I need some motivation and hope everyone can tell me what they did exactly and how much they lost.
