Unfortunately i dont remember much of it and i've been trying to figure this out for the past few years. I dont even know wether it was a movie or a tv show or what it was, i know it wasnt a comic it was a video. I dont know if it was french or not because i went to a french school and thats were i found it so it was in french. All i remember was this beautiful blonde girl, she was suppose to be a teenager but looked more around 18 or 19, the timeline seems to be from the 18th century, and she got a present and it was a puppy. I also remember her running. Im sorry that i dont have a lot of detail and that its very jumbled and confusing 
but ive been trying to figure this out since before i can remember and if u even have the slightest idea what im talking about please let me know, it would make my day and id probably cry
