Lately I have been noticing my high arches more and more. I can't wear heels for more than 30 minutes without being in extreme pain from the pressure. I know I can buy insoles, but I wanted to see if there are brands that are relatively cheap (less than $100) that I can buy.
I wear size 5.5 in shoes that have a back, if they don't, I can usually wear a 6.
* I have found that my favorite heels are only about 2 inches tall, they are oxford heels. I think around that height may help.
