I am looking for good mystery books. I love Sherlock Holmes too! I am not a big fan of the mother/daughter Higgens Clark, or Meg Cabot.
I would love the protagonist to be a female lead, but it is not a requirement. Any Detective, Forensic, etc. solving cases are fantastic. I don't want the series too scary though. I am 17 years old, and I would appreticate any reading selection at or above my age. I don't want to look in the Teens (Young Adult) section for the books.
So looking for great Mystery books and looking for recommendations.
