Can anyone recommend a good bike rack?

I am looking for a trunk mounted bike rack, but I don't want to buy one just to have it fall apart while I'm driving. I will be mounting it to a 2005 Chevy Cobalt (without a spoiler), and only putting one bike on it. Maybe driving about 15 miles at a time, some highway, some residential.

I'd like to find one that is affordable. I saw a few at Dick's Sporting Goods, the Graber 2 if I remember correctly.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
