can anyone recommend a CD and DVD scratch remover that actually works?

I bought this product called "CD and DVD repair..Scratch Out!" which did not work at all! I am so pissed at myself because I should have known better than to buy it at blockbuster for 7 bucks. I don't care if you use a cheap brand or a really expensive one, if it works I will try it. thanks

any suggestions?
