A person was charged with a felony for tampering with governement documents. The id they had came out to someone else. They will not release him because he has an INS hold. Bond has been se at 10,000, but the bonds people say that as soon as the bond is paid they will turn him over to INS. Can anything be done to stop this or to get him released?
