smooth shallow anterior extradural filling defects are present at l1-2 thru l5-s1 the largest defects at l3-4 l5-s1 nerve root sleeves are symmetrically opacified.no intradural defects or mass.degenerative disc disease at l4-5 and l5-s1. mild multilevel anterior vertebral osteophytosis minimal retrolisthesis of l3 and l4.shallow left central disc protrusion and mild facet arthropathy at l3-4 and at l4-5 without central or foraminal stenosis.l5-s1 central disc/osteophyte complex eccentric slighty to the right at l5-s1 results in posterior deflecting of the transitting right s1 nerve root in the lateral recess. bilateral foraminal stenosis at l5. been off work for 7 months now and 1 esi which did no good.what u think b next?
