My Mom
Since I was a kid, she helped me through the good and bad
Even when I was sad or happy
She helped me with the first years of school
And supported me with everything that I needed
At midnight she will come to check on me
Because her heart will never rest if we were apart
When I feel depressed or sad
She is the one to cheer me up
When my heart is broken
She's the one to glue the pieces back together
When my body is weak
She's the one person that always takes care of me
If all the happiness in the world fades away
You’re the laughter that bright my day
If everything was dark
You’re the candle that lights my deepest tunnel
When my tears roll down through my cheeks
Your shoulder will always be there to catch them
Whenever you are around me
The world never seems so dull
Whenever I see your face
My heart will never feel empty
When your arms embrace my heart
It feels like nothing could go wrong
Whenever I am around you everything just seems so right
I'm sorry if I I ever bothered with anything I said
Because the infinite great things that you have done to me are countless
I'm very proud to call you my mom
Because without my world will never spin around
Without you my body couldn't inhale any oxygen
My heart will not pound
My legs couldn’t walk
Because you are the one who took deluxe care of them
