I have a scenario where I am the manager/leader of a retail group, and there is an employee who has unacceptable behaviour and poor performance levels, he is always late for work, not following up on work that has been allocated, showing very little initiatve, giving misinformation to customers, treating colleagues with disrespect and changing tasks to suit himself.
the questions Im stuck on is:
1. As a manager how would you motivate him?
2. How would you encourage him?
3. Develop an action/performance plan for him to achieve the requirements of the orginization. Include performance indicators and a monetiring time line..
Im not asking for you to tell me the answer straight out but I need advice, points or tips on motivation please if anyone can help me I will be forever greatful..
