Can anyone offer an estimate of how many people have lived? Since homo sapiens or since

civilizations began? I have wondered this question before, but the idea was sparked by the discovery that there is actually about a 1 in 64 trillion chance that a couple produces two children (not twins) that are genetically identical. So I'm wondering what are the chances of that having ever happened.
My wild guess would range between 100 billion and 1trillion, but I'm hoping someone in statistics or history or anthropology or something might have a better idea. Thanks!
