...who was never overruled once? If that's the standard that we are going to use on Sotomayor, I would like to know what judges in history have met that standard.
There has probably been at least one federal circuit court judge who was never overturned because he or she never rendered an opinion, perhaps because he or she died before ever getting a chance to make a decision. To play fair, let's rule out judges like that.
