relationship? I've read a few comic books from the Spawn universe, and have always been intrigued by the titular character's (al Simmons) relationship with Angela. I've read on wikipedia that the two had a romantic relationship before she was killed in Spawn #100. Can anyone list and enumerate the comic book series and issues that show this relationship?
