Hello! I had kind of a cool dream last night, and I wonder if it has a hidden message.
Here is the dream! I hope someone can find a meaning in it!
I found myself back at the music-and-theatre camp where I spent a good portion of my summer. I was very excited to be back- things are not easy for me at school: I am somewhat an outcast, and often bullied. At camp, I have lots of cool friends whom I adore and who make me feel good about myself. The two friends the dream focused on most were Tristan, a flamboyantly gay, very promiscuous and loud party boy who I would say I'm the closest to; and James, a handsome, sensitive, cautious, and caring boy who is in the process of coming out as gay. Tristan has liked James since they met a camp, and I've been hoping to see something work out between them. Tristan is in a cycle of bad, too-old boyfriends who want nothing but his body, and James would be so good for him!
Soon after I arrived, I ran into James; and two other friends: Kate and Nathan. We all started catching up, and I said, "And now if only Tristan were here!" Almost instantly, Tristan appeared behind us, and ran up to hug all of us. We all ran around camp causing our usual mischief (headed, as always by Tristan), then headed over to our first rehearsal. During rehearsal, a bunch of buff, masked, leather-clad men with guns swooped in and kidnapped Tristan. Suddenly, James went all "James Bond" and rallied me, Kate and Nathan into a spy team to rescue him. James was extremely worried- the concern was quite touching. He led us through the forest, and we were all decked out in spy gear, doing epic things like swinging through trees and fighting the villains' thugs and robots. The villains texted James a picture of Tristan tied to a chair and beaten up, which made all of us even angrier. We finally reached the villains' liar, where we all helped to break in. Once inside, we all fought past the guards and thugs and finally, the main group of villains. While all of us were useful, James showed superhuman strength and took down the biggest guys. We found Tristan and untied him. He hugged Kate, then Nick, then me, and then James, holding on to him. It was a touching sight.
I enjoyed this dream, and curious of its meaning! Does anyone have an interpretation? I know it's long, but thank you very much!
