I saw this film within the last 5 or 6 years but can't remember what it was called. Does anyone know what this is? It wasn't any sort of blockbuster or major film, more the type of thing you'd see in the arty cinemas.
There are three techie guys working on their ideas. They build a special sort of box and they discover that anything inside it stops as though time has frozen, then restarts when it's taken out of the box.
They build two time machines in the same way and keep them in a hired lock up facility. Each one can hold one person. They spend about 10 hours in the box & when they come out they've gone back in time one day. (By 'lock up facility' I mean one of those storage areas which can be hired in order to store house contents for an extended period.)
There's some sort of conflict between 2 of the guys and the 3rd guy who feels left out. The 3rd guy builRAB his own time machine & keeps it secret. He stays in the machine a very long time and as a result goes back about a week in time. I think he goes insane as a result.
