Can anyone help trying to get the free ovi sat nav on my nokia 5800?

Its unlocked but t mobile branded I have the v31 version but the sat nav is not free it wants you to pay for the licence I have tried checking for updates for the new v40 but it just says that there is none avaliable, dont want to pay £40 to get my phone debranded so any help would be appreciated
