I am 25 years old and started playing golf about 1 year ago. I've been to multiple teaching pros, I practice all the time, and I've tried all the tips - still I suck!! I am so emabarrssed to play golf out on the course. Is there anyone that can help cuz I am desperate.

You say you suck, but at what part(s) of the game? Is it your swing, is it course management, is it all mental? You say you are practicing but what are you practicing and if it's not translating to the course and you're afraid to even go out you must not be practicing the correct thing and really aren't practicing at all?!? Start at the short game, know how to putt, try to always get the ball in the hole in 2. Find your money Zone, the area you feel you can 1 putt almost 100% of the time. Then work on chipping/pitching to that money zone. Once you build this focus spot slowly start backing out and hitting wedges and low irons with the same mentality and understanding, learn what works and what doesn't. The fundamentals of the short game will carry you through, and to get of the tee use your most comfortable iron and stay in play until you can work on improving driving. Key to the swing and rotate that upper body moving the shoulders through the swing.

Since we don't know you, have never seen your swing and you didn't give us any information except "I suck", how do we do this? Edit your question and tell his how your golf ball flies. It's much easier to diagnose swing problems without seeing your swing if we know how your ball travels.

For example, if you slice everything, it's because your grip is probably too weak, your shoulders are open at address and you don't start the downswing with your lower body. If you push everything to the right but with no curve, that means you're not releasing it enough or your lower body is too active.

We need more info.

Keep your feet Facing forward, eye never leaves the ball, right arm can bend a little but left should stay straight, follow through, and it always helps to take a practice swing
