I own a forum right now, but about 2 years ago a guy leaked certain pictures of mine.. that were not quite proper.. anyhow I didnt care it was all forgotten. Now a new guy has made a forum and his wasnt doing too well so he started threatening me thru people via msn and private messages later on saying my family will be contacted etc. I told him off basically telling him to stop.
He than went on his forum and made a thread as an admin and owner of the site having all those pictures up and stickying it for the whole day.
I tried contacting his server several times and filed a dmca complaint but in the end they put the site back up saying theres no ruled of him not beingallowd to post your pictures and you need a court order.
He keeps posting those pictures over and over again. Over the past years on other forums hes webcammed with 16 yr olds while being an adult leaked those pics and leaked a sex tape of a girl..I dont have any proof anymore but hes been a pedophile in the past?
What should I do know? I need help and when I google net lawyers it says stuff like 3500 deposit and I dont have that kind of cash. I want him to stop and I know that I am only one of his many victims.
