Can anyone help me with an evap leak in a 2004 dodge neon?

I'm getting 0456 and 0442 check engine codes. I have bought a "fix it" book that is a complete tear-down and rebuild of the car. I used the book check the evap canister, replaced the evap hoses and took off the purge solenoid and cleaned it ( it was covered in debris). I also checked the PCV valve and it's ok. Plus I replaced the gas cap, so I know its not leaking. But the code still isnt going away....
Does anyone have anymore ideas on what I can do to fix this..... besides take it to a dealer??

Leak detection in the EVAP system is a simple and easy process and it takes only minutes to locate a leak with the proper tool. A smoke machine tool is needed to do that and almost every auto repair shop has one. In my opinion the best is the Smoke Pro Total-Tech machine because it makes extremely thick and dense smoke which makes even the smallest of leaks easy to find.
