can anyone help me with adobe flash player problems?

I used to have an old version of adobe flash player , then websites asked me to update it , i updated it but the movie never shows up .
i have another account in my computer i also tired updating it there too and it worked perfectly .
why is this ? can any one help ??
i also tried unistalling it using uninstalling_flashplayer program and then re-installing it again and it also dont work

if it doesn't work, you have to seek help from the adobe company or from the company u bought the pc from...
