We are reading through Proverbs of Solomon, and I was wondering...if Mohammad knew about these wisdom teachings, why did he do the opposite of almost every teaching there? Why did he teach others to do likewise? Is all of this "wisdom literature" corrupted and wrong, or is Mohammad wrong doubly? One example...flee adultery. Another...don't be a companion of those who "way lay others", to plunder and then share a common purse with them...Your thoughts and help understanding this are appreciated.
