teachers in STEM? I am asking as they try to assure us that there is a shortage of teachers in the areas as Science, Math etc and that is why they brought many Filipinos into the USA for 3 years or so.
I know several certified teachers who have endorsement in Science and haven't been able to find a job for a year or so.
Last Saturday I was at the teachers job fair, and the standard answer of a principal was I don't have any openings for now, but it can change etc. And there were about 300 or 400 people (our town is 250 000 people only).
