i got put on three years probation for commiting criminal mischief which is a class a misdiminor. Well im about to go to jail to get off probation. The thing is i already violated once but no new charges but i recently got a petty larceny charge and have not been violated on that yet. How much time am i gonna do in jail? I live in ny state by the way.
