Can anyone help me recover lost/damaged photos from a memory stick?

I have a Sony DSC-W50 digital camera with a relatively new Sony 4GB memory stick 'pro duo'. I was on holiday last week and had around 300 (perfectly viewable) photos saved when the camera decided it would stop reading the memory card and not let me view all the photos I had taken or take any more snaps. The screen is blue and there is an error code C-13-01. I have been told the photos are still there but I need, somehow, to get them off the damaged/corrupted memory stick.
Really worried I am not going to be able to retrieve all of these very valuable pictures!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.
 
Don't do anything with the memory stick then download the program from the link below (free). Follow the instructions and it will recover the lost pictures. I've used this program before and it worked a treat.
