felonys etc.......? Hi.My question is regarding an open case that I am going to court on. I was recently arrested and charged with PC 459, PC 496,PC496,and HS 11377(A). I got out on bail and now Im fighting my case from out here. Myn question is what is the max time I can get if I get convicted and what is the min time I can e sentened to. Also would I have any other options as far as other then jail time maybe house arrest or work release anything. Im also looking to hire an attorney. One that specializes in working with people with a low income. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my question. Ill be waiting for any response that can help me out. Jails Not For Me
