Can anyone help me identify movie?

Hey all i saw this movie a couple of years ago and cant remember the name of it, i know a bit about one scene. The movie was on channel 5 a few years ago and i think it was a soft core or a erotic type movie.

The scene i can remember goes abit like this a man and woman are in the bath, kissing i think, they go to bed, its the next morning, he finRAB her missing, he runs out in the street looking for her, i think he is fully naked or has a robe and gets arressted for being nude in public. I think the story is about him haveing a brother whos his twin or something.
