A while back ago my computer messed up, I had to delete everything and start fresh. Luckily I backed up my files and music files. The computer will play everything that was already in the library but I cannot rip any CDs onto Media player because it says:
Windows Media cannot read the CD. The disc might be dirty or damaged. Turn on error connection, then try again.
I already turned on error connection and it still does the same thing. The CDs that I am ripping are new CDs so I know they are not dirty or scratched.
Can anyone help me?
