Increased ossious activity is noted in consecutive Right T12, L1 and L2 transverse processes consistent with a traumatic etiology.

increased osseous activity may mean there is exesssive bone formation or probably somthing less dramatic like the bone is tryiny to repair itself due to trauma. L-1, L-2, are the top two lurabar vertebra and T-12 is the next vertebra up its the lowest of the thorasic vertebra. The transverse processes are small projections of bone on the side of the vertebra that muscels and ligaments attach to.
